What is Baytenders?
Baytenders is a small, locally-owned and operated cocktail catering company.
What exactly do you do?
We start by helping you plan a cocktail menu for your event. Want a full bar? Signature cocktail? Just wine and beer? No problem! Once the date, time, and menu is set, we proceed to handle all rental orders (bar, cocktail tables, linen, glassware) setup, cleanup, and beverage service throughout the event.
What type of events do you usually work?
We’ve done cocktail parties, weddings, dinner parties, corporate functions, art exhibits, baby showers...anywhere drinks are needed :)
How much do you charge?
We understand that not everyone’s budget is the same. We work closely with our clients to create the best possible experience for the best possible price. Contact us and we will shoot you back a proposal ASAP!

We specialize in creating fresh seasonal cocktails using organic produce, juices, syrups and purees. When planning an event, we know how frustrating it is to wait around for responses from various vendors. We make it our priority to respond immediately to all client inquiries...no more waiting games. Feel free to contact either Scott or Todd directly...ANYTIME! (we’re serious about this).
Also,in an effort to maintain quality and support our local growers, we try our best to keep all our non-alcoholic ingredients 100% organic, and do most of our shopping at local farmers markets and Berkeley Bowl Marketplace.
I’m having a small party and don’t need a bartender, but I don’t know what or how much alcohol to buy. Any suggestions?
Sure, we’re always willing to advise you on your alcohol purchases. Yes, even if you don’t need a bartender. We can recommend a variety of wines, spirits, and cocktails. Just give us a buzz. Let us help you - this is what we do!
